Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned items, including the standard delivery cost. Exchanges are not automatically offered, and if you wish to exchange an item, you should return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings, unless they are faulty.
