Article 2 – Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers, attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site, transmit viruses, malware or harmful code, or use the site to commit fraud or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Article 3 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Eloria or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Article 4 – Account & Security

Certain sections of the website may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Article 5 – Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made at the time of order using the methods offered at checkout. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will reflect the price at checkout.

Article 6 – Delivery

We aim to deliver products within seven to twelve business days from the date of order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, supply issues, or events of force majeure.

Article 7 – Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods, known as the cooling-off period. You then have an additional fourteen days to return the items to us. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at Contact@eloria.uk. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Article 8 – Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned items, including the standard delivery cost. Exchanges are not automatically offered, and if you wish to exchange an item, you should return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings, unless they are faulty.

Article 9 – Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. You must notify us within thirty days of delivery to claim a full refund. We may request proof of the fault or damage before processing your claim.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Article 11 – Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites, and accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Article 13 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, or governmental actions.

Article 14 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Article 15 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
