If you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange it within 14 days. The seal (the packaging of the order) must be unopened. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the products have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

We will then exchange the product within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Returning items unnecessarily not only incurs costs, but also generates additional CO2 emissions. By using this system, you save costs and help reduce environmental pollution. Together, we contribute to slowing down global warming.
PLEASE NOTE: A return must first be registered so that we can provide additional instructions regarding the return and so that we are aware that a shipment is expected. A return shipment must include a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received the returned items, the product will be exchanged and shipped within 14 days.
